On the 13th and 14th of July in 2019, the 3rd Thuringia Championship in historical medieval battle will be held as part of our 11th Ritter Recken Heldenspiele in Tambach-Dietharz. So we do not just offer an ordinary medieval market, but a gigantic all-in-one event.

What awaits you:

On both days

fairground filled with merchants for armor, garments, delicious treats and fancy drinks, jewelry, fur, leather goods, children’s toys and much more
whole city park and other areas filled with medieval camps
jugglery: with Tacki & Noisly and Schabernackrakeel
Children’s fencing with padded weapons
bird of prey demonstrations
group fights according to Codex “Tambach”

big arena: group fights in 5vs5 Buhurt with! 16! international teams
award ceremony
evening concert on Saturday with Audio Experience

Profight Arena: Individual fights in four different weight classes
